Our Leadership
Courtney Taylor is an accomplished design leader with more than 28 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Her work spans multifamily, hospitality, food and beverage, senior living, retail, residential, and mixed-use developments, including more than 11,000 multifamily apartment units completed throughout her career.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and client-focused approach, Courtney has led multidisciplinary teams across architecture, interior design, and visualization. Before launching Hue and Harmony Design, she served as Regional Practice Area Leader for Gensler's Multifamily Residential practice in the South-Central Region. She later transitioned to Vice President at a prior firm, where she held executive oversight of the architecture, interior design, and visualization teams, reporting directly to the executive leadership team.
Throughout her career, Courtney has built a reputation for translating complex challenges into thoughtful design solutions, balancing creativity, business objectives, and client priorities to deliver meaningful results. Her ability to build strong relationships, lead diverse teams, and navigate projects from concept through completion has made her a trusted partner to clients across a wide range of project types and market sectors.
